Contact, Tips and Whistleblower-Information

So you want to reach me. There are different ways to do this - depending on the situation.

• You want to contact me about non-sensitive matters? Feel free to send me an email at julian.schmidli[att]proton.me. If you use a Proton email address yourself, you can also send it encrypted.

• You want to contact me as a whistleblower about somewhat sensitive matters? Send me an encrypted message on Signal (my username: jnsmd.02) or Threema (username: MAW8N8JD). Use a private mobile phone for this.

• You have particularly sensitive information that you would like to share with me without me knowing its origin? Send it by mail to: z.H. Julian Schmidli, SRF Data, Fernsehstr. 1-4, 8052 Zurich or use SRF’s secure and internationally renowned whistleblower system SecureDrop.

In any case: If you come to me with information relevant to the public, I guarantee you source protection. Your identity will remain strictly confidential. Please be careful about how and where you communicate what. Don’t use any work devices (PC, laptop, mobile phone, telephone, printer, WiFi..).
